Check-In Procedures

BGR participants, please, be sure to arrive at your assigned residence at your specified move-in time. Carts (and many friendly student leaders) will be available to assist you as you move your belongings into your new home. After you unload your belongings, be prepared to move your vehicle(s) to a designated parking area so that we can expedite the process for other residents.

When you check-in, you will receive your room key and pertinent information.

Bringing Things Early

University Residences is unable to store or hold items for you over the summer. However, if you need to mail a trunk or box immediately before you arrive, please note your name on the package and address it to the main office of the hall or apartment community where you are assigned. Please be sure to mail the package so that the package’s arrival will coincide with your check-in. Information regarding pick-up will be available at your residence’s main office.
